- All financial transactions are carried out using Paypal which has the highest levels of security for online transactions.
- Free shipping for Songlin Horns is by air-mail from China to your address anywhere in the world. This is by surface mail and will usually take 8-10 weeks. You have an optional option of air-mail which will usually reach you within 1 week for an extra $75.
- All Songlin French Horns come with a 30 day guarantee (less shipping and credit card charges). If you are unhappy with the instrument received, please contact the manufacturer for details. All instruments must be original condition.
- Any Credit Card refunds after an online transaction are less credit card charges.
- Please note that all horns are subject to individual country customs tax which are borne by the buyer on receipt of the instrument.
